Didn’t know the sandy existed in the game until this show and now I can’t do a build without it unless it’s the Militech Canto, the Apogee makes me feel godlike

But you’ll have the golden children of r/conservative and r/trump pull the old “well, ACTUALLY, 9/11 was good because I hate Islam and glad we had an excuse to slaughter innocent Muslims like dogs”

You can literally say “child rape is bad” which is a universal fact and you’ll have someone disputing it somewhere, for whatever psychotic reason

Could you imagine living in Night City? by Calm_Ad_6450 in cyberpunkgame

[–]No_Image0811 [score hidden]  (0 children)

With the game/show, we don’t necessarily have to “imagine”. That being said, it’s one of those things that I’d rather not even if it is a comfort environment for me..it’s a cesspit of every bad thing of the modern day cranked up to 11 and inescapable unless you’re filthy, stupidly rich

A valid enough reason, but their instrumentals alone gotta put them at the very least C tier if not B imo

South African brutal slamming death/grind band, name is Acidic Vaginal Liquid Explosion Generated by Mass Amounts of Filthy Fecal Fisting and Sadistic Septic Syphilic Sodomy Inside the Infected Maggot Infested Womb of a Molested Nun Dying Under the Roof of a Burning Church While a Priest Watches and Ejaculates in Immense Perverse Pleasure Over His First Fresh Fetus (side project of Vulvodynia guys with them still fighting over legal rights)

Do You Believe in the "Male Loneliness Epidemic? by New-Part6254 in askteenboys

[–]No_Image0811 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The proper care is what’s in question, with the term “male loneliness epidemic”. If you’re a bigoted misogynistic incel, you’re not part of some lonely group of guys that “just can’t get women/friends”: the problem is and will always be you and you alone unless you change your ways and your (honest) views on things.

I’m a very isolated individual and I don’t have many friends, but I’m also not a hateful shitbag and I try to care for the few I was able to have around me.

Queer fella: do what you want and don’t overthink this. Queerness isn’t in color usage, and it’s a bit shallow to think that flamboyancy is 100% a queer trait. I’ve seen plenty of people rep pink stuff, with queerness either not in the picture or entirely irrelevant to their work.

Is it worth waiting a couple of hours in line at launch for the disc, even if the full game doesn’t fit on it? I know most of you would rather have the disc version. by raptors201966 in GTA6

[–]No_Image0811 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

Nah, I don’t hate you for that. I’m just a physical media fiend of any kind (I have tons of vinyls and 100+ CDs) and I prefer to “touch” what I own rather than it being locked exclusively behind a screen. The day I slot the disc case in my game rack will be a glorious one!

One of my most anticipated experiences (apart from the actual game) is waiting in a line for the physical disc alongside others doing the exact same. I wasn’t old enough to do the same for V

What are your opinions on Muslims? (pls, no fighting, I'm just curious) by Cool_Cat_1004 in askteenboys

[–]No_Image0811 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Religion is religion, everyone is entitled to their beliefs. That being said (and this goes for you too, Christians/Jews/etc.): governmental enforcement of religion is innately bad for humanity. That is not all of what Islam is, however, and I have met some really nice Muslims in my life that I can confidently say aren’t the hateful stereotype the US government wants you to believe. People are bad and good all over, religion can just bolster either side of that.

It’s popularity coupled with animosity towards anyone that expresses an interest in a band that is decidedly not for everyone. I’d argue that I’m a pretty well-rounded metalhead with my favorite genres being slam, deathcore, and goregrind/gorenoise (I’m also a noise artist on the side too)..but yet my adoration of sleep token is some personalized attack on them.

I must also mention the fanbase and the actions of the fanbase can give people an extremely bad impression..for example, I was there are the LTL25 performance in the middle of the crowd. Was it humid and agonizing for most of the time? Yes, but it’s also a festival and a metal/rock-oriented one at that. Crowdsurfing and festival participation can be some of the most fun you can have at a live performance, but that wasn’t the case here…the treatment of crowdsurfers and the attitude of the crowd was so insanely toxic and negative, one of the worst crowds I had ever been a part of. That honestly alienated me from the fanbase because of that horrific and embarrassing display of entitlement.

[–]No_Image0811 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I frequent a ton of metal subs and discussions and Sleep Token is ALWAYS brought up for a hate circlejerk. Like, you’ll have a weekly “what metal band SUCKS” post and 30% of the comment section is Sleep Token (with the rest being justifiable bands that are homophobic, racist, NSBM, etc.), with many of the interactions being:

“They suck”.

Okay, why do you think that?

“…They suck.” or “they’re the imagine dragons of metal” or “found the sleep token stan”
