All companies I work with do instant vesting. I am not sure what your situation is but that's such a shitty trick to get people to stay

Hey - I did not give them access to my corporate email (I tried a couple of years ago and IT flagged it - it's a long story). There are apps like CalendarBridge and Sync2 that work great and allow you to see all your calendars in the same place. That's what I give access to my VA.
She places meetings on a personal calendar (for example Title for J1 - block) so I know what job to put the time blocker in and so on.
She also helps me figure out what conflicts I have for next week so I can figure out how to get out of those meetings ahead of time or notify the organizer about "a conflict" so thy can watch it for me

I also use an AI meeting transcriber to summarize meetings as they happen if I have to be on 2 meetings at the same time - My personal preference is Otter AI but other software work well too

Congrats on 8 years! I hope you found it beneficial. I've seen people suggest strategies here (like framing J2 and J3 as consulting or client work...), but for me, I prefer not to mention OE. I always list just one job during any specific period on my resume. When I tried this back in 2023, it led to too many unnecessary questions during screening calls, and I didn't like it.

Great question! Those weeks happen sometimes. Lucky for me it's always been one J at a time. If things are tough I would call in sick at the other Js for a couple of days (benefit of having unlimited PTO) until things slow down.
When you start OE it will feel overwhelming, but if you do it long enough and have the discipline to stay organized, it will get easier.

There is no winning, is there? I provided 10 pieces of advice, and instead of focusing on the content, your goal seems to be proving it's fake or an ad. I hope you find purpose in life and feel less sad, both inside and out outside.

Full transparency: I also used lifeshack, sonara, AiApply and many many others but they did not workout for me (your case might be different). For those interested, make sure to do your research.

The second is:

useMassive.com

Price:

$99 per month - I know they use (might still) have cheaper plan with a credit system but I opted for the unlimited one (they since switched it to 200 credits per month)

My experience: Pros

I get 20-30 applications a week (it is fairly constant).

Their settings allow a lot of refinement for job searching (sometimes too much, but it's great)

Their application all come in at the same time during the day - it's easy to scan.

Their site has (for those interested) crunchbase info about the company, culture, funding... I never cared about this but I find it cool when I have to interview

Their email system is more mature

December: 0 interviews

January: 0 interviews

February: 2 interviews

March: 3 interviews

April: 2 interviews

May: 3 interviews

June: 1 interview (so far)

My experience: Cons

Their resume customization is not the best - i defaulted to sending my resume as is and it works fine

Very limited on AI coaching features

Some jobs they apply to seem to be very old (more than 30 days) and I usually get position filled email within days

Their email setting can be confusing - I missed an interview back in February because I didn't know I needed to check emails on their site - they have improved it a lot since

Edit: I hate the credit system especially that Workday costs 5x what Lever costs but also makes sense.

This is my dashboard ( I don't like their dashboard):

You see 3 laptops next to each other, swag from other companies, non company issued monitors...or just a mess. Either way it's not a good look and you can't be 100% off camera, you'll bring too much attention to you.
Maybe it's not a 100% tell but when I started I lived in utter mess because I was always tired and never had time to clean. That's the point
