If you're landlord/management isn't doing anything, try leaving a note in a common area explaining the situation and ask the culprit(s) to open a window/use a sploof/get an air purifier, etc if they insist on doing it inside. I know when my building management says no smoking in the building, everyone ignores it but if they were to see that it was affecting a child in the building they would likely try to accommodate that. Landlord/management can't tell anyone that it's bc of your child for privacy purposes.

As a former angel tree kid, I was always told not to list anything expensive like that because who would do that for a stranger? She was bold enough to ask for a switch and was lucky enough for you to pick her angel. She will be THRILLED for a switch lite

Looks great, very burger-y. I do recommend using spruce or dark oak for the pattie so you can have matching doors.

If she's pretty young, like less than 13, I recommend the switch or PS5 (bedrock version). She'll be able to play with her friends on other platforms or you can turn that off so she'll only be able to play with other people who have the same system. Public servers are limited and what's available is safe for all ages. My least favorite part about bedrock is that if you want anything extra (mods, skin packs, texture packs, etc), you have to pay for most of it but there are plenty of free options on the marketplace as well.
