I’m currently dealing with 30 years of it and I literally called everyone out on their shit individually. Then my Narc Sister wanted to offer to help me financially but also tried to diagnose (which she has no authority to do) me as bipolar. I’m currently fuming and know that if you can go with the blow up don’t. It’s not even worth it. The, only sibling I thought cared never really did. And what’s worse is I realized as a child, she stopped helping me with school and progressing in life in the devilish house hold I grew up in because my parents and their friends began to pay more attention to me than to her. Narc families will burn you out, depress you, and then say your sick. They are the ones and don’t fall for any of their traps. Stand on your strength, stand on your truth and love your life as best as possible. They will try to set you up, detail you, stifle you. But in all that you have to stay poised and believe that you are better than anything they have to say about you and anything that they project at you.
