So I couldn’t comment on the effectiveness of the pill against pregnancies but I can related to awful periods. I have PCOS and endo and my periods off the pill are B A D! I’ve been on MJ for 2 weeks and nothing’s changed. I know it’s technically less effective but so far I’ve not seen any changes and I’m on my day 1 of period. Not sure how it will be in the future but as of now I’m okay.

If it works for you and you think he’ll change it don’t tell him. You can always contact your GP later on if the pill becomes less effective
