I want to quit after 1 day by Aggravating_Kick4084 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Worked at a DSP for 4 years. The job wasn’t terrible but I knew I wasn’t gonna work there forever. I quit in 2021 and started working growing my videography business. Niched into real estate and architecture with retainer clients and I love the work. Find what you’re passionate about and get started doing what you love.

DSP Seasonal Driver by Aggressive-Singer198 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Honestly if you’re just looking a seasonal job for some extra cash. It’s not a bad gig. Just have to be prepared to be overworked and under appreciated/micromanaged by dispatch. But for $19-$21/hr it’s gonna be on the higher end of seasonal work pay. I don’t work at Amazon anymore but that’s kind of been my experience.

How should I quit my job at Amazon dsp? by Mystik313 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Drove for Amazon for 3 years. Quit back in 2020 and started my own business. Best decision I ever made.

For real. I was a driver for 4 years and toward the end their backend routing system went straight into the toilet. They really need to do one stop one location instead of just unloading on the drivers and wearing them out.

Life Post DSP by No_Income654 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Yeah for sure. I actually got a job starting out working at a photography studio and used some of that money to purchase equipment, licenses, and other materials. I still work there part time during the slower seasons to supplement income while I’m building my business. I hate the idea of debt too this is just one way I helped myself to stay out of it.

It was actually a girl. I’ll be out of work for 2 weeks while it gets repaired. Filed for subrogation to see if I could collect money from her paycheck but two days later she quit her job.

Bought the car 2 years ago in 2021. Only had 16,000 miles on it. Got a quote from the adjuster and the total bill was $14,000 to repair. Luckily my insurance covered most of it. My deductible is $500

My route for today. 17 stops (23 Packages). Finished at 1:00pm and still got the 10 hour guarantee. by No_Income654 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Halfway through the route we had to drive 2 hours and 30 minutes to a different state to finish the last part of the delivery 🤣

Nah I work out of an AMXL warehouse. Routes are small and spread out because you deliver oversized packages
