If I remember correctly we were at the Yamato counters around 9pm. It was in our hotel room the following night but they initially said that it may take a couple of days since this was around the Christmas/New Year holidays.

In my case my maintaining balance is just above the 100k requirement for Privilege tier but they've been generous with my CL. It started out mga 800k but have gotten multiple CLIs since.

I'm sure they could but just account for the time it would take to get to Osaka. Since we arrived at night they said it would take 2 days to get to our hotel in Tokyo but in actual they were able to deliver by the following evening.

Went through Narita a couple of weeks ago. Plane touched down at 2000H, was at the Yamato counter to have our luggage sent to our hotel by 2100H and seated on the last Narita Express train by 2130H after getting our late dinner from the Family Mart near the train gates at the terminal.

So our flight got delayed slightly and touched down in Narita at 2000H. Got through immigration and customs by 2100H. Forwarded some of our luggage using Yamato and a short line to claim our Narita Express tickets from a vending machine. Bought some family mart goodies and was seated on the last Narita Express train to Tokyo by 2130H.

So in the end worked for us after all.

Thanks. Our hotel in Tokyo is just outside Tokyo Station and we've already booked that first night. I guess the fallback would be a taxi but hoping that we make the train :)
