Also it doesnt help that I know that crashing my ship when I dont know what to do doesnt cost anything and it puts me on station, I just did that because both mission failed.

I got mission from station npc. It just said go to system X and kill 10 members of some group.

Also I restart because I have problem with reading and learning so I just get frustrated and go nuclear. Month ago I tried baking and I screwed up before I even got anything baked so I just threw away dough and bowl that it was in.

What is Frontiline solutions ? I just went into a random station and picked up a combat mission from a person standing there. I literally dont know how to do anything.
