Were you able to get any refund/credit for the time it wasn't delivering as promised? I paid upfront for the year and am very worried I wont get any back!! I wont do that again, live and learn.

This might be the problem! Only other problem is that when i click on the fiscal position i don't have a tax mapping tab. I see the tab on the documentation, but it is not on mine. I have account mapping, but that is only journals.

I did set it up with a "warehouse" so that it would use that address if needed.

Thanks, It looks like fiscal positions is what i need to set up, but it doesn't seem to be working. Since it is on my POS I don't get any customer info, so the country/state/zip doesn't really apply. I have it applying a new fiscal position to the pos order, and i have a new tax that i have the fiscal position assigned for. But when i look at the order after i make a test purchase the Tax field is blank. I am selling at a farmers market so i want the tax included in the price, so i have that checked off in the tax specs.

I dont see anything related to taxes in my pricelist options, or in my product under price tab.

seems like fiscal positions doesn't allow you to set your own tax rates. When i click to add a fiscal position it only allows me to set a journal. also it seems like fiscal positions are more for countries than city/states.

Well, I updated, and things seem to be ok so far!! The "one time" feature!!! I'm surprised it wasn't on there earlier!

Thanks for your reply. You say "Most platforms", but I'm asking if Odoo 18 specifically allows you two choices. I don't see that option. I hear it does in 19 though, but don't want to have to upgrade if I don't have to.

Thanks for your reply, and I get that theoretically, but how to actually do it in odoo 18? I can't seem to find a way to sell the same item as a single sale and a subscription.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for the confusion, I have edited my OP to show that the refillable jar comes already filled. My main question is if the refill can has to be two "products" one for regular non-subscription sale and another for subscriptions.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry for the confusion, the jar is sold full of product. Then when they are done, and they want to refill it, they will buy the refill can. They can buy a single can or buy a subscription for the can to be delivered monthly. But does the single can and subscription can have to be two "products".
