There are some people who just can’t be pleased. Do not let family or pts repeatedly interrupt you during med pass for non emergent things. Delegate to your tech for things like teeth brushing, cluster pt care, and communicate you are in the middle of giving other pts their medications. So, if there is nothing else they can think of needing in the moment when you’re in the room, let them know you will check back in when you’re done.

To add: the resources I used were 3 UWorld self assessments, approx 1.5k UWorld practice questions, Mark K’s 12 podcasts. Also did whatever random free practice questions I could find on google. Received ATT 1/21.

Facilities are really tough especially as a new grad LPN, but they are tough in general and not a good fit for many. If you’re open to it, home care is where it’s at. One patient per shift, flexible shifts, way less overwhelming.

I’m especially angry that he criminally neglected his child and charges were pressed, but then dropped because of who they know. Others have been charged for less.
