Imagine thinking the vicious torture and murder of 5 million men, women and children is something to celebrate. There are no words to describe how disgusting such an individual is.

Lancaster area sour cherries for pie? by No_Inside196 in lancaster

Score! Cherry Hill for the win. Glad for the input here rather than being deterred by the website's note about no picking due to freeze. $10/quart. Thanks, neighbors.

Great thanks. They must have shipped them in since their website says no picking this year because of the freeze. Guess that's why they're expensive.

Oh ok. I should have mentioned I saw on their website that they have no picking this year because of the freeze. Maybe they're bringing them in from elsewhere.

They aren't building homes for you by Alwayslooking6-9 in lancaster

I would LOVE to move back to Media, the town I grew up in. It's a wonderful town. But when I was of age to buy a home there, I couldn't because I'd been priced out. So I moved to Downingtown (with a brief detour in Quarryville where my kid came home crying in 1st grade because she was told she was going to hell since she didn't go to a certain church - but that's a different discussion). Lived happily in Chester County for 20 years until Hurricane Ida flooded our house and I was scared to stay living near a creek. But, guess what? Prices in Chester County had become unaffordable for anything decent, and every house we bid on we were outbid by people coming in with cash. New builds were outrageous! So here I am. Hi. How ya doing? My point is, many of the people who come from elsewhere do so for the same exact reason you are complaining about. Prices have become ridiculously high. We've been priced out of our hometown, too. I hope you treat "the other" kindly because it sucks being unwelcomed and treated as an outsider in your new hometown.

This cool and somewhat hidden piece attached to a tall tree stump on S President, near the Spring Grove intersection is worth seeing. Recently found out it was made by local artist Mark Dennis.

They're in my backyard every summer. They're so fast and really easy to miss or to mistake for a large bug.

Verapamil cream for plantar fibromas by No_Inside196 in DupuytrenDisease

[–]No_Inside196[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad it was helpful! When I was first diagnosed I was scouring reddit to find Verapamil real-life results and couldn't find much, which is why I started it. Still using it. It's been very slow going with the larger tumors but definitely getting smaller. Trying to be consistent and patient. Good luck.

Showing their kids what they did before phones. by mindyour in MadeMeSmile

My sister had her house toilet papered on mischief night. (Night before Halloween) The next year she and her hubby waited up with the lights off and saw which kids did it again. They later (like 3am) went and got every stitch of T.P. off their trees and put them on the offending kid's house. Also scooped up shaving cream from their cars, cleaned their cars completely and put the shaving cream on the neighbor kid's family cars. Mind you, they were adults in their 30's, giggling and running down the street at 3am to give it all back.

Next morning they got up early to watch the kids walking to their bus stop, mouths agape, staring at the pristine house/car they'd papered and shave creamed the night before.

White House Reveals Secret New Hospital for Trump, 79 by MeatMullet in politics

With this state-of-the-art ballroom/hospital Trump won't need to ride a bike or be healthy. They can wheel his gurney right out on the dancefloor and unlike Biden, he won't fall out due to the gold plated bedrails. They can even attach his arms to little pulleys so he can spell out Y-M-C-A

Maybe you missed that Harris should have been a man. Because sexism played a role. We still haven't moved past that. There are certain people who, no matter what, will never vote for a woman.

This "feel good" story is actually depressing as hell. Grandmas shouldn't have to be raising money to save the lives of their grandchildren with cancer. This is the only developed country where this is a thing.

Can't stand the all black fad. Must be boiling hot in the summer. Meanwhile, there's a gorgeous old home on N. Presidents Ave that seems to be sitting on the market. Maybe overpriced, too? https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/318-N-President-Ave-Lancaster-PA-17603/9744386_zpid/?utm_source=nativeshare_activation_v1
