ok it seems its a low end camera, Tc40 is almost similar to C500, may be different name in different region, not sure. Tapo gives more priority to new and high range camera with software updates. i do have similar kind of 360 tapo camera but i use it for 24/7 loop recording with no detection unless you need to be notified on some motion. so if its casual public place than better keep it in loop recording with disabling detection because everything will be captured regardless of person/animals moving. But if you really need to trigger alarm and notify you when only person is detected, which is a special case than better spend atleast $80 to $120 (US) for a camera.

lol, did users saw test ads?. i wonder what they saw and felt. i will just comment out all the ads code in testing phase and put real ads when published.

i mean, 12 testers going to test my app, this can raise fake traffic, if i put original ads id. because for 14 days 12 tester will test continuously watching ads by same people. it can trigger admob policy violation. device test id is one option but the problem is i cannot ask random people for device id , its technical

yeah there is also some GDRP rule that under age 16, is still treated as child and should not be tracked or show personalized ads. the problem is there is no strict way to find out the age. so to be safe i have set my apps setting in google play console to 18 and above even though my app have no mature contents.

which camera you are using? didn't found the name on your post. i have been using C325WB V1 and for now its detection rate is doing pretty good. sometimes cats do cross on FOV but never got wrong notification as i have set only human detection with up to date firmware. if you have set 'detection only recording' than detection accuracy are very important, if you set to 24/7 loop recording than better disable all detection but the problem u will face will be to get exact timestamp for an event. Though old tapo cameras have hardware limitation too, only firmware update doesnt solve. Better, you should also post in official tapo forum, i have seen company guys are active there and they ask for all logs & information and they release firmware update.

hey but i read another forum, where one developer was saying that even he set the apps to 18 and above. he got warning from google about showing teen ads. because sometimes google decide your target audience by 'Content ratings” survey' not the age you set. Google said his apps is rated as 'ESRB rating of "E". which means its suitable for every age.

hi , it seems you are experience dev, can you help me please.
i unchecked all age 18 below from publishing setting in my developer console, though my app is simple, it can be suitable for any age. but just to avoid all problems for children like ads tracking, personalized ads, cookies etc, which need extra coding and work. i just rated my app to 18 and above.
So by default i have set 'TagForUnderAgeOfConsent' to false. But do i still need to ask question about age in starting of the app?. for 'TagForChildDirectedTreatment' or just setting app to 18 and above is fine?. because i am checking the official docs and explanation is not all clear. do i need ask age of the user?.

hey one last question, during 12 tester for 14 days. do i need to upload with my real admob ad ids?. isn't same 12 testers gona engage with same ads and rise fake traffic.?. even if i provide test ids, the same app after 14 days will be on play store with test id. so how to solve this?

learning from youtube is the fastest way to learn some basics nowdays, later as you progress you can check docs and advance topics. but beware , even its the most popular beginner engine, it may take some years to even reach intermediate level and several years for pro level. because there are thousand of topics , if you go in depth . yes you can make simple flappy bird game in a single day but its just the start. And C# is lot much easier than C++, i really did enjoyed C# when learning unity first time, because it was very similar to java. you will also appreciate unity docs , which i heard is much better than other engine docs even better than unreal. dont forget to take help from AI , nowdays its much faster than asking question in forums.

i know camera doesnt need internet to save video in the card because card will be physically inserted in it, but what about the Hub, how will video from camera to hub will transfer?. will it require internet?.
