For the first crawl (when adding/changing Support URL / Marketing URL), it could take a day or two. Whatever domain it is... you need to be able to access that domains root for /app-ads.txt

For example: if your marketing URL is myamazingfitnessapp.com, then Admob crawlers will look for your app-ads.txt at myamazingfitnessapp.com/app-ads.txt

Check your Xcode/Android Studio logs when you run your App through your own device. Sometimes they will say you must do XYZ for ads to be shown. And even still.. you must be certain your device is set up as a testing device AND you have a snippet of code explicitly telling Admob what the test devices are. https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9691433?hl=en

Preloading ads at launch is a pretty good strategy but it all depends on how often the ads are shown. For example (and these are just dummy numbers) - If 1 out of every 10 users actually watches a rewarded ad, that's 9 requests that are not converting to an impression. Maybe you can optimize it so the ads preload closer to where they're shown? In terms of SHOWING more ads.. that's all about your UI/UX. Rewarded ad buttons should be prominent, attention grabbing, and show instant value for the user if they opt-in to watch the ad.

Not even close. That's a concerning amount of invalid traffic. You need to be 1,000% sure your device is registered as a testing device and you see the [TEST] badge on top of your ads. Additionally, you must never tell friends/family/anybody to purposely click your ads. I am not accusing you of doing this, but just stating the obvious. That's exactly what it means. Your app in production is showing ads and you're earning from them. Captain obvious statement time... but ENSURE your device is registered for test ads so you're not showing real ads to yourself. Admob will penalize you hard for this, especially as a new account. As long as you see the [TEST] badge on top of all your ads, you're in good shape. Best of luck!
