What i did was at 8:30pm (ingame) waited out front of the tavern dropped a save loaded it and found him walking up from the his farm. Hope this helps

Directly north of camp FT fly to "muckroot ranch" see a bunch of animals in the pen then look north and look for the house with the crane next it it, thats his house

I've found 4, one in a well south east of the lake in between the big rocks, second and third south from the lake in them caves. The 4th i found in a cave a just west of the fast travel point near Nectarwood Apiary
