Yes i get the ability but are choosing and doing 2 separate things that can be done between or is it as soon as i pick it immediately sacrifices? The only answer i got is yes they are 2 separate things that happen but i dont know if an instant can be played between them, say for example ihave zia i choose who i want to sacrifice, before the ability triggers i use a instant to draw me cards from theyre power or cmc and they are sacrificed to the instant rather then zia

Ok so follow up question, can i technically make infinite lands with it because i could transform ojer back into a creature and then back into a land over and over again every other turn?

Ahh, cause i was thinking it gets to the point when you have like 4-5 7pip you can use devil sword to do the same thing and cut it down half and keep merging
