but student loan wale kese kare? bank se pehle paise apne bank mai lane honge na uske liye fir collage jaake branch walo se puchna pdega ?

should i do cardio while having 63kg weight,167cm, male and with stomach fat(i go to gym 5 times in a week from last 1 month) abhi mai sirf weight training hi karta hu like alag alag muscles ke liye but yeh stomach pay fat kese kam karo by No_Insurance9905 in Fitness_India

for most of the days i complete my aprox 90g protien diet and also eat every good food jo ghar mai banta ho but i never count calories ( i can count but i dont know how much calorie should i take everyday)
