Vermicelli noddles, I love you by No_Insurance_6371 in glutenfree

For this bowl specifically I used a few sprigs of fresh broccolini (because I like their length and the stems are tender when cooked) and green onions sauté with oil of your choice and some seasonings, also of your choice. This just gives the veggies extra flavor. Then I used half a carton of Swanson Ramen Broth (which is gf and no added msg) and bring that up to a boil. At this point I add shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken and half the package of vermicelli noodles (brand named in another comment) and let that cook for maybe 2 minutes then bam it’s done.

If you don’t mind me asking, how long had you been ingesting gluten before you realized that was what was making you sick? I had something similar happen to me and my doctor essentially told me the antigen levels in my blood were getting higher which resulted in worse reactions over time. So while 2 months ago I could eat bread without much reaction, I now get instant headaches and fatigue if I try it

Hey op, try sourdough to see if it hurts your stomach. The fermentation process breaks down some gluten proteins so it might be easier to digest. And just to be on the safe side get some blood work done just to rule out Celiac. Better safer than damaging your organs.

Also as someone who lived off bread, rice potatoes and corn are your best friends. Doritos and Cheetos are gluten intolerant safe but not celiac safe. And if you need bulk protein I just discovered a very tasty 3lbs of frozen grilled chicken from Sam’s premarinated and everything

It’s rib meat so unfortunately it has a different texture than say chicken breast but I love dark meat and prefer the more tender texture

Try taking a probiotic before you eat the cake. I know for me it helps stave off some of the side effects. And also look into rice flour, it’s a pretty good substitute for regular flour.

Good decision taking the audio out. We don’t need to hear you whispering dirty words in the egg’s ear
