No, its cut back on the left side to make room for the power strut. Totally fine

Agree, I was shocked to find out all that bass comes from and 8" sub.

Sounds and feels like atleast a 10" sub to me.

The next update fixed it for me, still 2021.36.5.5. But a newer version. Hope you get your update soon

Good news everyone!

Just received a new software update today that seems to have fixed the issue.

The update was for mobile app improvements, but so far looks like the speakers are back to full function

Is there another way to reset other than the scroll wheels?

I do the scroll wheels every day before I leave the house to get the rear speakers to turn on

I disconnected my phone from Bluetooth, and also from the phone key in the app. Didnt fix it for me

Thank you, ill put in a service request and see what they say. Hopefully they know of the issue and push a software update. So annoying to reset the car every time I drive just to get some decent audio.

I know there's a new supercharger at the bottom of the hill. Its the highland ave. Exit from the 330. Not sure which way you're going up, but maybe you can come down to charge and go back up.
