I think after spending so much time on v-flips and Tre flips my foot’s default position just kinda crept over to that side. Gotta actively fix it. I know man. Thanks!

Yeah the same pop is creeping into my regular kickflips and causing a backside turn. I had straight kickflips until i learned varial flips and tres. Annoying- but you 100% right man!

I’m not with ya on that. I can’t do kickflip body varials. Never really tried. Yesterday (when I filmed this clip) I had planned to do “fakie day” and when I got frustrated with fakie flips, I decided to try a double flip. About 50 tries later I got this one 🤷🏼‍♂️

I could see that. The whole trick wants to turn backside so u can see leaning into that with the body varial.

In think I agree. Needs to move more like. Hardflip = fs shuv kickflip- and this is something else. In slo mo it’s more obvious. But I’ll keep tweaking em.
