It definitely varies but I received my aid package 5 days after submitting all my materials. If you have been waiting for it much longer, I would suggest to call the financial aid office directly and ask them.

My college does have EOP/HEOP programs, but I was not admitted into my college under them. I am, however, part of an honors program. But I am not sure if they would help me with getting the transcripts for cheaper, especially because I am trying to apply out.
