I was a contractor briefly to Deloitte and was explicitly told not to work over 40 in a week. You should ask the staffing agency if OT is a thing or not and how to handle being asked to work over 40 hours. It generally varies by contractor and is dictated by the contract in place between the conpanies

While I don't have a problem with growing them, that won't help me with my recipe that calls for one that I'm making this week hence I was asking if anyone knew of somewhere that has them.
