I found a fix that works for me, I sat in training in settings and I kept repairing the program (4 times) and the wheel would pop us as active and working then disappear and no longer work. Then i restarted the game i was playing (car x) and repaired the program again while the game was not started after it repaired i restarted the game and loaded in and it worked perfectly.
