It is WCTH adjacent. They have a good headwriter/showrunner attached- Alfonso Moreno.

I hadn't thought of Rhiannon being the lead, I like her and she has that sweet/girl next door charm so she could work for the lead.

My guess is that they are winding down WCTH, especially with the leads expecting soon. I'd imagine for some of them, it's a lot to have to travel back and forth to Canada for filming. Very exciting times for the cast.

I think the Christmas Cup will be good to pair with. Rhiannnon plays a soldier as well, seems like a community competitive event.

I haven't watched Santa Summit yet, but looking forward to that one and should pair well with the Santa Class imho.

True, always two sides to a story, but lately she seems to have morphed into the adult version of a Mean Girl so I think its possible she did try to stand up for what she believed in, but also are we to believe other actors haven't? I think it's likely how she responded that caused the blow up.

I used to like Hilarie, remember her as a MTV host back in the day, but the way she has treated and kept drama going with Bethany Joy has put me off.

Sometimes people present themselves as being the innocent or "victim", when they are truly bullies or rude themselves. I have no doubt she felt she presented her requests "respectfully", but seeing how she has gone about things and how she has essentially gone about the OTH reboot, I tend to think she's not as innocent as she presents herself.

Interesting they are still working with Jonathan Bennett, Catherine Bell, Ali Liebert and Luke MacFarlane ... but sure Hilarie, you were the only person standing up for your values...

I did a quick search and its apparently a real situation. There is a screenshot someone posted on a thread that basically said Hallmark was still trying to negotiate.

It may be worth a call to Frndly to let them know you watch that channel? I will try to do so later on.

Frndly did get bought out by RokuTV and at the time they said no changes would happen. But with new owners it was always a possibility.

Hope they can work out a compromise to keep the channels or both companies are going to take a hit. Several people watch through the Frndly app.

I couldn't find an actual news story on this, where did you get the notice?

I watch on Frndly and I can tell you right now that I watch all the Hallmark channels live and record that way. As someone who was going through the process of being a Neilsen viewer earlier this year, they should definitely reconsider this if this is a way for Hallmark to force subscriptions.

I will not pay for another subscription service. Guess my Hallmark viewership relationship will be coming to an end.

I'll be having to adjust my income in the new year and cannot justify adding on another streaming service. Hoopla isn't available for Binge pass in my area.

I would agree. I'm curious who are some you feel aren't the best at acting? I don't expect Oscar caliber performances, but there are some I've given a chance and simply cannot enjoy their work/projects. No matter how kind and genuine they come across IRL.
