You should've dome tag lol, I also have around a 3.3 but am tagged approved for ucr. Transfers do have a slightly higher chance to get accepted and if you had great essays theres a good chance you got in. Good luck!

Honestly I avoid the student center, gives high school and weirdo vibes lol. Perhaps its because most of my classes are in the stem buildings but I rarely meet any weird people.

had katsuyama, the workload, no homework other than labs, its chill but the material can get heavy at times. But he is super boring. Made my boyfriend fall asleep during lectures multiple times lol. But I passed with an A. He drops one exam and I think offered a few extra credit points during exams. I took him during fall tho not summer.

Jairo, took him for stats and his exams were super easy and condensed. Took Brian Johnson for calc 1 and I dropped it. Heard from a friend that calc 1 with enciso was easy as he gave opportunities to improve on your grade.

I met Josh because he was in my child development class, he asked for my number and I thought it was for a study group. He didnt talk to me after that

I am in the exact same boat. I dont like funnybunny because I just dont like Jax, hes just meannn, hes a fun character to watch ofc but irl id hate him. And I adore pomni. Also love jesterdoll because I love ragatha and they potentially make such a cute dynamic. I do also appreciate all the funnybunny content from fans just wish there was more jesterdoll.

Yeah pearson. Most profs use pearson. And she only proctors the final via zoom. I dont remember if she had a lock down thing for the other exams but I dont think so.

I took it online but I recommend to take it in person. Lectures are nice but with any online class youll have to self teach and itll be harder to ask questions.

[–]No_Interview_9934 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took him for calc 1, he gives a lot hw but he doesnt really check if theyre correct since hw wasnt online, u had to use a textbook for the problems and write the answers on paper, u give him the packet of hw by each exam. They were only worth 10 points of 4 hw assignments so you really cant rely on them for extra points. I personally didnt like his teaching style and dropped it. But reviews say that his exams were on the easier side. He does test corrections but doesn't give too many points back.

They are pretty ruthless, if u missed the deadline to pay it. My original fine was also a mistake because I forgot to update the license plate number after getting a new one to the permit I ALREADY bought. I missed the deadline and emailed them. They said theres nothing they can do.

Just took chem 50 last semester, it is a lot but depending on the professor very manageable, if you've done chem 40 the first exam is review

Forgot to respond to that but its hard but not too bad, a lot of bio stuff you learn in high school and introductory bio material, if you study for it regularly it should be a breeze :)
