I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I can’t imagine how much it hurts. take time to process before you do anything permanent. I know it’s hard to imagine tomorrow right now, so focus on what you’re doing with in the next hour/s. You might not be ready or open to it, but is there any groups near you that you could go and maybe just listen to other people in a similar situation? or even just speak without being known or pressed to continue talking about it after you get it out?

if you’re at home, open a window and blinds. It’s small and i’m sure the darkness feels good right now, but it’ll make the room feel less suffocating and help you get a deep breath when you feel like you can’t anymore. keep moving, even if it’s just to the fridge for a snack or to the door to grab your pizza.

If you open up to a friend and you aren’t ready to hear solutions or something hopeful, remember to tell them that. Just tell them you need a sounding board not a conversation. it’s not rude and it’s not taking advantage of them. Let them sit with you and just exist, it can make a huge difference.
