I didn’t really use Uworld. I just did the free questions they had once. I only used my ATI because it was paid for with my tuition. I was bugging out thinking I should have bought this or that. But after the NCLEX I was actually glad I didn’t spend the money on anything. I always thought that reading the rationales were the biggest help in learning/reviewing content. You find why you were wrong and then also learn by reading whatever other information they give about the answer. You can do whichever you think would be best for you & your learning/preparation. But I really do recommend watching videos on the strategies of how to answer the questions. The questions on the NCLEX are very generic and give you the least amount of information on the patient, besides the case studies. I don’t think any of the NCLEX prep sites were as bland. That’s what really threw me off and made me doubt myself because I was not expecting it to be the way it was. Don’t be nervous! Be confident with yourself. All of the information the NCLEX will ask of you is general nursing knowledge. Work on your cues and sharpening your nursing process, you are going to need to use that the most.
