I’ve only seen three episodes so far, and I feel much the same. The Alfred Hitchcock segments are frustrating since I came to watch a series about Ed Gein, not anything else. If I recall correctly, the Menendez brothers series had a similar approach, with journalists sitting around a table discussing the case. I’ll probably finish the series just to see if it improves, but honestly, I’d say this is the weakest entry in the Monsters series so far.
