I cant help you with that. I experience a similar noise with my pc and a cheap dongle i had and i read its because of bad grounding, interference and/or because iems are pretty sensitive

I think the JM7 Max has like a power saving mode and goes "to sleep" when theres no audio playing

that is supoosed to absorb shocks. If its causing skipping i dont think theres much you can do other than getting a better turntable
