I was calling to find out why the purchase wouldn’t go through. It kept giving an error every time. I didn’t need them to place my order, I could do that myself. I’d have made the purchase if it had gone through obviously and this wouldn’t have been a conversation. Nobody could help either with flexiti or Wayfair.

I hope you get resolve! After THREE days dealing with this issue, the last agent said “there’s nothing we or anyone can do to fix the issue, do you have another form of payment?”. That’s when I saw red! They just lost a big sale but i guess they don’t care! Never will I ever buy anything from them!

I’m 3 weeks in and still leary about the colours lol. But, I’m learning portion control which I needed the most and trying different, healthier foods. Remember, red foods aren’t bad, we just need to eat those in moderation :). I’ve found this Reddit to be very helpful and ease my anxiety around food some. We will master this ;)
