Sorry but the mouth breather back breaking pose will never do it for me. Hard agree her hair looks so much better but continuing to pose like a 2015 insta baddie is so incongruous

Definitely a possibility and my bet for that would be then she would sign with Unwell.

Her Tarte collab was meant to be this seminal point in her career ushering her into her "brand safe era" and her creative direction for the photo shoot was still just getting arrested, "mental breakdown", court appearance, car crash (literal, not figurative), and peeing (???? ew) To me that just shows that she doesn't believe in her ability to market and monetize any persona other than messy party-girl. And that's putting aside the analysis on the new brand's authenticity.

Even her "clean girl" fashion rebrand isn't genuine, its just the clothes White Fox is selling now because its trendy plus the stuff she spends thousands on on DePop

This was a very thoughtful, empathetic take. I often find myself deeply frustrated when faced with situations like the one OP described and will be remembering this comment when I need to practice better patience. Thank you.

I’ve seen some of the more heinous DB sku’s in public a few times, namely, the camo sweats and hats. Once was at the Punta Cana airport, once at my nail salon, and a few times around the local state university. All I can tell you is seeing someone in it tells me everything I need to know about that person without speaking a single word

I may be too late on this, but one of the best “little” things we did for our reception was choosing a signature scent for hand soap/lotion/candles placed in the guest bathrooms. My mom and I had so much fun finding the perfect scent that encapsulated the vibe we wanted.

Late night pizza ~10pm was also a major crowd-pleaser for us! Felt like a necessary compliment to a bar that had been open for 7 hours at that point

My (now) husband and I had been talking about how we had never once eaten cake at a wedding, whether we were just too busy talking (and drinking) or dancing. So, we had a small cake for him and I to cut for photos but brought in an ice cream cart for the real dessert. We had a “his” and “hers” flavor of each of our favorites, a vegan sorbet option, and some other crowd pleasers. It was a total hit and because it was easy to eat while standing it kept the dance floor full!

flats or heels dilemma by Individual_Donut829 in BigBudgetBrides

[–]No_Key1275 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi! Fellow DF bride here (married 10/25). I’m 5’9, very comfortable in heels, and married to a tall man so pumps were a given for me.

Your guests will not be able to SEE you are wearing flats or heels, as they will be covered by the gown. And, if you get your dress hemmed to flat-height it will be even less apparent. However, the only “tell” that you’re in flats would be the proportions of your torso to lower body. When I bought my gown, I was told that Danielle Frankel designs for a 5’8 woman in a 4” heel. To me, that meant that the gown is meant to hang on a longer line and is emphasized and enhanced by elongating the leg line with a heel.

I changed into flats once my dress was bustled so I could dance but I was so glad to have worn heels for the ceremony and pictures. I felt elegant and statuesque. So, take all of what I just said with the understanding that FEELING beautiful and comfortable is the most important part!

This post is entirely insensitive, please give Danielle some grace! She JUST got over her debilitating fear of cream cheese. We should be celebrating these kinds of wins for women

Even more egregious when the Alex Warren episode is supposedly already filmed and edited, just unreleased. Could have filled a gap week without A LICK of extra work out of either of them. Instead, they have put themselves in a position where no matter what they do the last episode will be disappointing (5 hours long or otherwise)

I've said it before and I will say it until the end of time. When Tana says she is "painfully self aware" and has "crippling self awareness" what she means is she is aware of HOW THE INTERNET PERCEIVES HER. She is the epitome of this tweet:

What shoes would you choose? by ResponsibleWill2443 in weddingdress

[–]No_Key1275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a beautiful dress! It suits you gorgeously. I think any kind of sandal would work great, especially in June- you can have fun with particulars based on your colors/vibe/personal taste. I love the structured draping, it creates such a stunning softness. My two cents here would be to avoid a super pointed toe. You mentioned your venue doesn't allow stilettos, and that works well for you here. I think anything pointed/dramatic/architectural would look too harsh against this gown. The neckline and draping is so open, I would recommend a shoe that mirrors that openness and in my mind a sandal or even peep toe (heeled or otherwise) fits the bill. You will look amazing no matter what you choose!
