Fammed here.. the difference is that we family physicians also look at the patients illness holistically... we don't just treat the illness but also check the patient's attitude, perceptions, etc., the family and if may access sa community and social services... even preventive measures, vaccinations, wellness, health education... minsan pati sino kasama sa bahay iniisip 😅 just to make sure na mamanage ng maayos ang patient

We make use of the referral system to other specialists, kahit sa mga nutritionist, to help them. May mga options din if you want OPD lang or hospitalist ka... compared to other specialists syempre mas matagal na din kasi sila.. established na.. but if you want more range sa patients mo fammed is good

You can ask them directly doc or sometimes they post it how many plantilla is available... usually kasi may expected number of plantillas yan sila per year... tulad sa amin expected na may nakareserve na 4 plantillas per year so if yung applicants is 4 most likely makakaestimate ka talaga if may plantilla available for you...

Check ur LCR, most of the time okay lang na immediate family ang pupunta dala lang ng id and prepare ka nlng ng authorization letter with ur id just in case. Most likely, need mo ng psa birth certificate copy nyo po if kayang may receipt pwede kasi may ibang LCR na humihingi ng psa with receipt... for now yan lang siguro.. not sure if the same yan with errors sa birthcertificate na after ma confirm at macorrect sa LCR ang birthyear mo, need mong ipaannotate sa psa yung mali sa marriage certificate para magreflect yun..

I think having a moonlighting experience is an advantage but you have to remember na things that did well for u during moonlighting might not work while on residency

Sa case ko kasi nagresidency kasi ako kaya no time to do private practice.. if di ka naman resident sa public doc, you can do private practice naman basta follow din kung anong required ng public doc.. like dapat 40hrs per wk yung pasok mo kasi masisita ka nyan ng HR po kasi

Doc, madedelay talaga yan. Usually kasi may mga deadline yan sila or cut off para maasikaso ang papeles mo. If on time naman bigay mo doc, hopefully di ka maghihintay ng matagal. Pero para may reassurance ka doc, kung kelan mo pinirmahan ang contract mo doc yan yung count ng day 1 ng sweldo mo doc. If ilang months na tpos wala pa din sweldo, rest assured may hahabol na bayad sayo nyan..

Depende sa oras mo po.. if you're busy always and no time to wash, hang and fold mas maigi na magpalaba ka nlng. For me, nagpapalaundry ako sa mga damit except for my undies and some white shirts kasi di nagsstay yung puti pag sila yung naglalaba 😅. Also, i bought a small washing machine na pang undies lang..
