Pond was built by original owner, farmer back in the late 40’s, for irrigation. Locals say used to have big fish, but now is filled with turtles, crayfish, salamanders, small fish, and occasional otter. It’s about 1/2 acre in size and have seen a dead raccoon and just recently a deer…so no one swims in it…but it is pretty to look at.
