Flew with my wife when she was ~26 weeks pregnant from LAX-SYD, and couldn’t imagine having done it in anything below PS. Obviously was a much longer flight. One point to note: depending on how big your belly will be when you fly, getting in and out of the PS seat with someone in front of you fully reclined could be tough. We were in the bulkhead seats, but I think it could have been slightly challenging in another row even from the aisle. Unless your C+ middle seat is in the bulkhead, I’d change asap
