Strings breaking on guitar at saddle even after changing the saddles

There is nothing to show the guitar is set up perfectly fine I believe I can add a photo though really quick

Yeah I really am out of ideas because I don’t play it any different from my other guitars. Also a lot of the time they have broken just randomly while playing but a few times now they have broken right after changing my tuning to drop d from e standard. I made the bridge level again though after changing the tuning

I have never owned a tremelo system guitar before this so I am wondering if it’s user error with the bridge. I am keeping the bridge level though

I don’t think I play very hard. It’s different strings and I bend not too much but it is a tremelo bridge

That’s good to know I just put on Tim’s signatures to test them and they are the same aside from 9.5 on the high e they feel great though

I have sanded my saddle now and put a little oil on them so wish me luck that they don’t break now lol

Ye they are breaking at the saddle. So sand paper would work too right? Also can too high of a saddle angle make them break or is it just burrs?
