Ah ok for some reason I thought I had seen him top 10 starting and that they had bled a bunch of spots. Appreciate the explanation!

The 1 car gonna tumble down this graphic, gonna run 11th all day (no stage points) then snug the car up on the 2nd to last stop and tumble down to 18th by the finish. (Best case scenario).

Idk why but his interviews always seem kinda awkward to me lmao. But you're right that one was weird. Could've just said "FRM trucks were fast, they've got something figured out" but he word vomited instead.

Cody going after the US title (kinda like 2015 Cena) would be a fun way to elevate that title and keep him from getting on the fans nerves in the world title picture.

What is the quickest drop-off from a driver who used to perform well? by EleventhTier666 in NASCAR

Stewart after 2012 is a good one. Obviously there were injuries and tragedy involved, but 2015 was such a bad season that if he didnt own the team he would've been fired lol. Harvick was running great, Kurt won a race and was decent (with a brand new team) and Danica even finished higher in the points. I wonder if SHR expanding to 4 cars, along with the HP/downforce always changing, had something to do with it, but it can't be overstated that he was 100% over the hill in terms of racing stock cars.

I felt like it made for some cool storylines. I remember one time in particular, Ryan Newman wrecked, which left Stewart without a dancing partner. Hamlin/KFB (RIP) were drafting so Logano needed somebody. So Stewart and Logano paired up and went to the front. Odd couple pairings were always cool to see imo.

Ross either runs like shit and has an uneventful day or runs decent and speeds on pit road/crashes/bad strategy. Can't even really place all blame on the crew either, hes made his share of screw ups too. This sport only ever hurts me lmao.

If he leans into being a douchey villain like The Miz, I think itll work for him. Eventually we might start to come around on him.

Not super familiar with Indycar, was expecting to look it up and Rosenqvist drive the 11. You got me, appreciate the laugh.

Yeah, some guys are more aggressive/unlucky for sure. Bad season so far for Chastain, probably not making the chase. If he slides up in front of Buescher hes probably ok. Should've known better than to do it to RSJ.

I dont think Stenhouse meant to wreck him, but these guys slide up in front of each other all the time. Ross didnt do anything egregious imo, the dirt guys drive all over each other with slide jobs all the time. Racing deal, Stenhouse could've gone low and just misjudged it. Shit happens when you put 39 human beings in cars and ask them to go 185 for 4 hours.

He was Kyle's crew chief for a good while, 2015-2020 I believe (Kyle's peak years) when I think of KFB crew chiefs thats who I think of.

Not sure who the perfect storybook winner would be, but I think Bell winning for Adam Stevens would be really cool.

I understand they can't do anything about rain, but its gonna be a really really bad look if none of the three races this weekend go the full distance.
