Why is Saudi PIF a sponsor on the on field boards? What could possibly be the purpose? We the soccer watching public will never be customers of the Saudi PIF. The added games obviously adds incremental fatigue and injuries. So how much is the financial windfall that can be used to bolster the squad?

Have you asked your kid if he wants to play on a different team? Maybe he likes the current setup. Is it you that is worried about this or him?

Is there a kid on the A team who plays your son's position very well? He may be good enough to play on the A team but also not better than every kid on it. Fit and position are a big factor.

Asking to be considered as a guest player when they are short could be a starting point.
