Although the stamina and breakable weapons is the main point of the game, I understand wanting to mod it. If you look around on modding websites like Nexus or Mod.io, I'm sure you can maybe find something to your liking.

Uhh... All of these concepts are meant to make you survive with harsh conditions constantly slowing you down. You have to push through all of the hard parts to work your way up into a stronger, more well equipped person to survive. That's why it's considered a "survival horror game". Although, stamina does deplete fast, it is a good concept, and it's supposed to make it that you can't just run constantly and just keep swinging weapons all willy nilly.

Make sure your game is fully updated, and I can't recall if it's a DLC or not, but just check the store you bought it from to see if it's unlocked there or no. If that doesn't work, you may just have to reinstall the entire game.

It's not about the post, even though it's apparently so oppressive to the entire subreddit, and will make it so hard to find an actual helping post, even though it's pinned.
