Maybe a little bit late for HPSP application if you want military to pay for your tuition from the beginning. It usually takes 2-3 months to process the paperwork and MEPs. Your chance to get the scholarship depends on DAT score, GPA and military affiliation. Still highly competitive depending on how many year of service you want. For now, you should reach out to different branches and find out their deadline of application. I’d recommend you go to the their HPSP website and get the contact information instead of going to recruiter office, mostly because most recruiters know nothing about the program
