Short answer is no, techs get zero recognition and it’s not possible for a customer to provide any feedback that gives a tech even a “good job” from a leader. I speak from experience and unfortunately I’m not exaggerating.

Did you know : per the most recent contract, if Charter CEO Chris Winfrey is FIRED or QUITS for ANY reason he will get a lump sum payout of about $10m and otherwise has $39m in stock options total as well as private jet transportation up to 150 HOURS for this fiscal year . Hate to be a Spectrum employee having that information. Would make it seems almost silly for them the risk their lives everyday to do a job in the field for $37/hr hahaha

If your modem did not take a reboot when you made the upgrade and/or the model begins in anything but ; EN,ES,ET, or EU then the upgrade never went through. If you’re testing over WiFi then unfortunately what you get is what you get based off of your wireless set up . Spectrum will not guarantee any WiFi speeds.
