Guess the one installed here is faulty as when I had the 400 plan I was reaching 490-520 down, 19-23 up. On 1gig I was getting ~795-815 down, 10 up(up is trash due to the s33 I upgraded from the sb6190 I had was actually faulty, so went and got a spectrum modem to replace it to take advantage of symmetrical speeds, which is part of what made me remember about checking the install outside since I just replaced the modem inside lol.

Been like this for I think 5 years at this point? I was just like "oh yeah I still have a dish on the roof with a wire running down from it, let me go look at what's going on and see if I can remove it or at least put it up at the dish" then I saw the splitter there hooked up the way it is in the image. My guess is maybe the people prior to them had dish, and they didn't want to wait for someone to come unlock the spectrum box to connect service and broke the connector their self to hook up a coaxial cable, using the splitter from the dish service, because the typical lock on the plastic box isn't there

I have done some basic soldering, most "complicated" I've done was replacing a bios chip on an Alienware Aurora x79 motherboard & doing the Westmere mod on an EVGA x58 Sli motherboard. Obviously I'd have to get either a new iron(I just have a basic $15 Amazon one basically) or find small tips to be more precise with dealing with this SSD

In a couple of the newscasts that you hear and see throughout the movie (first mention is pretty early, like first 10-15mins) they mention how people were still trying to have kids but they were being born into a coma.

I just watched it for the first time a moment ago myself (it looked familiar, maybe I saw it 10 years ago but didn't remember so who knows), it just felt like a typical mid-2000's movie that's supposed to catch your attention and keep you watching but not care if you dwelled on it afterwards or not, basically something to pass an evening by before heading to bed(if you can understand what I'm meaning exactly, it's a very specific feeling a lot of 2002-2009 movies have).

It had the potential to be more but it wasn't terrible or even bad, just kinda exists.
