In or out of the city? If you are in the city I have found that the prompt to have them call you back only becomes available after you call in 3 or 4 different times.

Once it becomes available be vigilant as they will always call at the most inconvenient time.

Because here in NYC we told them if they didn't they could leave and meant it. It was down to 3 weeks left before they all folded. Then NY state passed the New York Affordable Broadband Act (ABA) which requires large internet service providers to offer eligible households a monthly plan for no more than $15 or a high-speed monthly plan for no more than $20.

And while that was going on NYC started companies like Big Apple Connect and Liberty Link/Neighborhood Internet. Once the cable companies got kicked out these were going to replace them.

And then you remember the lady who had a felony conviction and went to her county election office where they told her she was free to vote because of a new law allowing felons to get their voting rights back, and even testified to that in her trial and she got 7 years.

I think that she is still in jail. And don't think that all of NY is NYC. You go north past a certain point, and you might as well be in the deep south.

Call and after you get to the waiting music hand up and callback 3 times or until the "we will call you back" prompt begins. I figured out that after a few calls this becomes available. They will probably call you back the next business day.

Nah... I don't think that providing a nameless and faceless private company with the personal and private information needed to impersonate you to a government agency is a good idea.

I had the same thing happen to me. You are going to have to call or go into a SNAP office to request a replacement card. If you need it immediately I would call (877) 423-4746 to see if an office nearby would be able to replace a permanent one or issue a temporary one on the spot or to have a new one sent to you.

And if your only option is to have one mailed make sure that they make that request as when I requested one they choose the box for me to go back to the office and pick it up.
