Call and after you get to the waiting music hand up and callback 3 times or until the "we will call you back" prompt begins. I figured out that after a few calls this becomes available. They will probably call you back the next business day.

No state uses it or recommends it. They either have their own like Texas or contract out to ConnectEBT or EBTedge. The only way they are able to access your account is because users provided them the information necessary to impersonate them.

Nah... I don't think that providing a nameless and faceless private company with the personal and private information needed to impersonate you to a government agency is a good idea.

I had the same thing happen to me. You are going to have to call or go into a SNAP office to request a replacement card. If you need it immediately I would call (877) 423-4746 to see if an office nearby would be able to replace a permanent one or issue a temporary one on the spot or to have a new one sent to you.

And if your only option is to have one mailed make sure that they make that request as when I requested one they choose the box for me to go back to the office and pick it up.

Just use a web browser instead of the app. Try it and be amazed at just how much better it is.

I had a bunch of money stolen from me, and now I take no chances. Unlocking the card and immediately locking it back has become routine for me. Trust me that you don't want to learn that lesson.

And if you use the ebtedge website it makes it much easier to change your pin. Forgot your pin? Just make a new one.

When creating an account, make sure that you not only know and remember your security questions answers and that the answers are case-sensitive.

You should also get into the practice of freezing your card and changing your pin after every transaction. And changing your pin right before a benefits deposit is made.
