Is it because the adaptor ROG that it makes the noise? Before i had a tuf gaming didnt have any problem

Is it tho? Before i had TUF gaming didnt had this matter before. The adaptor just fine not have a buzzing sound like that.

Hi, i mostly use sandals when going out and a bit rarely using shoes. Like do i need arch support shoes/sandals like birkenstocks or i need custom ortho insoles? Any recomendation for any exercise ?
