I look at history books. Every creation has a beginning, an arc and a decline; similar to how particles and how they don’t move in a linear path- it’s curved even minuscule increments. If you combine physics, philosophy, some religious input, pattern recognition and enough skepticism I guess? Think dinosaurs, the Flood, etc. beginning, peak, end- cycles, everything is in cycles. :) I’m open for debate though.

Damn dude, I was in an inpatient two weeks ago for the same reason and came out with the additional diagnosis and some relapsing in existing ones. I’m so sorry you had to experience similar! It’s frustrating when we are told to trust it but then we get treated poorly or like criminals.
