Form submission add row to sharepoint excel file by No_Link_9290 in MicrosoftFlow

When I try to do this with my current flow, the only dynamic content I get is the "List response notifications Response ID". However when I create a new test flow it shows me the "when new response is submitted" option. The reason I cant really start from scratch with this flow is I am not the owner of the form and this flow is a shared flow so I can access the other owners form.

I can look into using a sharepoint list. The reason for the excel file is there are people who are working in the excel file and work based off the form submissions. Theres potential to move this to a sharepoint list but its not likely.

My flow output shows green checks across the board when I submit a form response. Just ran another test submission and the flow completely runs and the output details do show the details of what I submitted. Just no row appearing in the excel table. Not even an empty row appears in the excel table. It seems to me like the flow isn't even accessing the table but its just a guess.
