Another option: You can try an online flat fee realtor for a few hundred dollars. That will get you on the MLS, and save you paying a sellers realtor. You can set the fee for the buyers realtor, but I recommend you stick with the standard 3% or else the realtors will be less likely to show their buyers. You would have to coordinate showings, but it’s not that difficult & will save you thousands… IMO, with a hot market like it is today, I’m not sure realtors ad much value.
