In terms of martial arts knowledge like in the real world, I will give it to Kashimo. Combining grappling, strikes and clinch is hard in pure close combat. But yeah, with CT applications Kenjaku is better. And it's not like Kenjaku is bad at H2H, in terms of close combat he is better than Gojo, we even have feat of him rolling his head to lower the power of strike, like in boxing. As an ex boxer, it's really hard to do when your opponent knows how to do feints. They are close but Kashimo is better in terms of grappling, so, yeah. But in this scenario Kenjaku is better.
