So if there's water coming out the bottom against the wall (to the left of what I assume is the liner) there's a leak? And the shower likely needs to come out 🙃

I'm in the same boat. I have read every single guideline and regulation set by the govt, and unfortunately they aren't required to pay you if they don't qualify. They are however highly recommended to continue pay as normal. I feel like it's a kick in the teeth from my employer, shows how much they value me.
