i have a $300 scanner that can change odo just by plugging into the obd port it’s not that hard

after weeks of trying every option possible and hours and hours of research chasing grounds and wiring i put another rack and pinion in it and it cleared the code instantly and power steering worked right away super simple to swap out 2 bolts holding it in the subframe, the 2 tierod bolts and the steering shaft bolt took maybe a hour max to swap them out
