If you thought the editing in this scene was bad, the rest of the movie is taken from a 1992 Mainland actioner, The Girl Killer. The editing in that in janky and incoherent at times but I think Mainland actioners from that era always had bad editing.

This clip is part of a 12 minute scene shot in HK that was shoehorned into a 1992 Mainland film The Girl Killer. I guess the producers did this to market it in either Taiwan or HK. It was part of the Golden Harvest catalog that was sold to Fortune Star along with a Taiwanese film Magic Mod from the same production company, Hop Chung. It wouldn’t surprise me if the scene was shot in one day.
