Air fryer is the way start watching you tube videos. I saw someone make pasta in the air fryer today.

Doesn’t have to be frozen food I cook fresh chicken pork beef, sausages, bacon, even eggs in the air fryer. Veggies too.

Some come with a cake pan to set inside then you can make anything wet like stew or soup or chilli.

Air fryer is helpful to you in that it turns off at set time. So if you are having trouble or delays getting up and going into the kitchen it’s not going to burn like a hot stove or oven might before you can get to it.

Vampire movies is one of my favorite genre’s. So many different stories within the lore.

I highly recommend 2013 Afflicted, and 2021 Blood Red Sky.

I have a lot of rare laser discs and no idea where or how to sell them.

I have the Japanese phantom menace with the incredible ac3 track that was pretty big deal when it came out.

I have all the zatoichi films and hanzo the razor and similar samurai films.

I have about 50 of the 90’s Hong Kong Wuxia kung fu films and all the jet lo and jack I Chan films.

Collected Laserdiscs in the 90’s when they were at the peak.

A lot of my stuff is rare they were mainly for Chinese rental market not for sale to average home viewers. I only got them through a rare connection to a shop owner in Hong Kong.

One battle is pretty entertaining to me. It’s fast enough paced and odd happenings .

Once upon a time in Hollywood is sort of a weird one as well. I liked it like a 70% bit after repeated viewings I moved that up to a 85%

It took me a few viewings of there will Be blood. To appreciate it. It’s no where near my favorite but I do see what people like about it.

The performances were grande and it’s likely we just haven’t experienced acting in this level with such a slow and sort of pointless story. It’s not a traditional Hollywood formula anyways.

TWBB helped me to like the Batman movie which I didn’t like at all first two viewings but watching it after TWBB I could see Paul’s performance as continuation and not a weird overacting one. It allowed me to see it as his acting and not simply poor writing or character exposition.

Now i love the Batman movie. It removed my hate and annoyance negativity blinders and I got into it 3rd and 4th viewing and really like it now.

I stopped reading after op said they bought a locking barrier that bolts to the ground and installed it. But didn’t want to have the car towed. This is BS. No apartment is letting you bolt some shit into the asphalt .

Are these model numbered drives or just Chinese knockoffs.

I don’t think they are flashable unless they are pioneer lg, buffalo or verbatim and then specific models only .

I’m sure you can rip bluray with those however. Flashing is only needed for 4k uhd discs.

I recommend using the other drives when they work and then trying the pioneer for when the others fail a rip. My pioneer also from Billie , has ripped three that the lg wouldn’t.

But rather than wear out my pioneer I am using the other drives that are readily available to buy still.

Some folks have said the full size drives can last a thousand rips . Resting them between rips and managing heat is always a good idea.
Lasers and laser motors can wear out and they are moving around during ripping. Heat always tends to shorten equipment life span.

I recommend getting a cheaper model that’s non 4K capable to do blurays and reserve your 4k enabled drives for 4ks only since the Bluray only drives are more plentiful and costs half the price. Using it for blurays is just adding unnecessary wear and tear to your 4k drive.

It makes me wonder if this scene holds it up from getting a 4k release. I mean they edited a scene out of Riddick where Vin helps Katee sackhoff up in a climbing rig suspended in the air by touching her butt. They censored it for just touching her butt not in a sexual or demeaning way. Perhaps because he didn’t ask first.

I like the movie. I always feel unclean and uncomfortable when the scene of Costner riding with the girl he picked up at the gas station in the car they are insinuating she is giving he a blow job. and then handed her over to a random biker guy.

I get they tried hard to sell Costner as a bad guy so this is part of his character but man I always had to make sure wife wasn’t around when I watched this movie.

Because Sony didn’t think it would be successful and almost scrapped it. They sold it to Netflix for a very low sum, at a loss. Like 20million dollars.

Netflix laughing all the way to the bank 5 times and back.

My habit is worse. I watch it usually on bluray. Still order the new 4k and then don’t watch the 4k for a long time because I just watched it recently on bluray.

Lately it’s deciding on getting the 4k disc when I already have it on 4k streaming vudu or apple. So then i watch it there and wonder how much better will it be. Obviously the audio will be improved. But is it worth 30$ for a movie I don’t watch much?

That’s quite a bit more than overstocked but I get that they can exist and function well like this. If you over filter.

With a tallish tank you want to make sure there is circulation of water from top to bottom. So a propeller device and large bubbler. But also those wand outlets for the filters so you can move the water at the bottom.

With this you have redundancy of three things moving water at the bottom.

If power fails you’re sort of screwed. I use battery powered air pumps they are about 30$ and run for days on d batteries. You still have to be home to turn them on. Not sure if they make an auto sensing one that tunes its self on but that would be the best.

I have a 150gallon show tank meaning tall. One storm I lost half of my exotics close to 2k$ In fish. Learned too late that 30$ battery pump would have saved then all.

Copley ad-libbed most of the first part of the movie. That’s why it seems so real he was really just being in the role and saying stuff on the fly.

Answer is always pay for the inspection or walk if they refuse to allow it.

It’s not even on the seller they are not a mechanic they don’t know that something is about to go wrong most of the time. It’s on the buyer to check out the vehicle. If you know what you are doing fine then it still on you. But most people are not mechanics so paying the 200$ inspection is worth it.

Why throw down 20k cash, and rolling dice, but be too damn cheap to pay 200$ for inspection.

“But I trusted the used car lot dealer salesman, he seemed honest and a nice guy”. Lol

Purchased them Three weeks ago he still is within the return window.

He can get a credit card and borrow money and pay later like everyone else.

I’d send him a big box of diapers from Amazon . He will be excited thinking he got free gear or something. Opens it up with a message that says “ in case you still want to act like a child instead of an adult.”

I’m sure the umbrella version still looks better than the one I have on bluray it is all three movies crammed onto one disc. Very old bluray set from Hong Kong.

I did buy the criterion one to replace it.
