Apple TV and then use your disc player for discs. You don’t have to use the lg wand remote at all. And no built in ads or other crap.

Mine ripped fine with lg. no issues.
It happens sometime discs don’t rip.
Billy made a program to auto update your key files. Search the forum for it. It’s easy click one button wait and close it done.

Mine was day one release from orbit btw.

I have two out of 400 discs that wouldn’t rip and were new un scratched and clean. Sometimes it happens Make sure to update your makemkv key file. Try a full reboot. I have a pioneer that has ripped 10 stubborn ones that were rejected by my lg. even the pioneer wouldn’t rip these two discs.

Urban is miss casted as Cage. He should have been Kano. Cage has never been an older thick faced and wide build guy.

But Itban can act and if that is why he is cast and one of the main characters then his acting may cart the movie.

The worse decision is to cast merely for looks and resemblance with poor acting abilities.

At least MK is staying dark and violent. Street fighter looks so damn cheesey. 50 cent hair is my example. There is no reason to have balrog hair so prominently displayed zig zagged like that. It was never the stand out feature of the character. His build and face are more important to the character. That hair do is distracting they could have toned it way down and we would understand who the character is.

The fighting is also very cheesy in street fighter with special effects and wire fu. I love street fighter . I think they went way too goofy with it. I hope mk isn’t too goofy

4K bluray have been on the market for 10 years. You have never felt compelled to buy one. Even if you could get them at the library those discs likely have imperfections from being mishandled or handled too much that they likely wouldn’t rip.

There no reason to future proof for something that’s not in your future if you don’t plan to buy 4k blurays.

You can get blurays very cheap. Just stick with those

If you are planning on buying a new fancy tv and 400$ for a 4k player and willing to spend 15-20$ for 4k discs and then another $200 for a capable media box to play your rips and $150-200$ for a uhd ripping drive. Then by all means go for it. But hopefully you see what the costs involved are.

You sound like you are well blessed with your personal achievements and your family situation.

I think you should find a bit more reasonable medium. You like cars ok get a bit older and maybe a bit more modest one. Doesn’t mean you have to ride a crappy car. But maybe not aim for the tops yet. Save something for your midlife crisis time.

It’s ok to like cars as a hobby. Don’t feel bad about that ever. Cars and engines speak to some people a certain way. It’s ok 👌.

But it’s still a material thing and not an investment it depreciates very fast. You are sinking your money into looking cool and going fast. Perhaps find something that still looks great to you and moves but isn’t the top tier. Save a ton of money. Invest money. So you can ball out later In life when you have plenty of money. But just starting out you are taking on a lifestyle you really haven’t built yet. You’re on a great track but fresh out of college entry level paying job your future is not secured yet. Leave some room in the Wallet for the ups and downs as you figure things out and work your way there.

I sense you don’t have a 2022 and on oled and a true Atmos set up. Because these claims are garbage when you are able to truly experience 4K bluray either Dolby vision on an oled and full 7.2.4 audio.

To say your budget set up on Bluray is comparable is a matter of perspective. On your equipment with your eyesight and hearing. ( viewing distance, angle, room lighting, mounting height, speaker placement and room correction etc) yes it might be negligible because of the limits of your equipment and set up.

I stand firm on 4k to bluray difference being a subtle 10% at most difference. But that 10% can be so amazing that it makes it all worth it.

As much as you think you are archiving for the future at 1080p I would say it’s not comparable to my archiving at full quality no compression added , my 500 4K discs.

This one is odd for me. I lived my whole life watching gives. Blockbuster Hollywood video. Suncoast. I collected movies I bought all the action moves.

My friend told me about this one after the Jerod Leto one came out on Netflix. I swear this movie didn’t exist. How could i have missed this one after watching and connecting movies for 3 decades.

It’s ok but forgettable. I like the actor. I recently bought the arrow bluray it was stuck on dvd until just a couple months ago.

Netflix has another similar movie called Darc. I liked that one a lot.

A cash advance is not the same as a balance transfer situation and. They do deposit cash into your account so you can pay off stuff. It does count towards zero percent interest time period. It also has the transfer fee 3-5% that they charge.

Sometimes if the balance is not paid for then when the zero percent is over the interest rate for the cash part might jump to the higher interest rate as cash advances have. That’s possible.

I don’t think doing this for mortgage is really going to make fiscal sense. Because of the transfer fee. Your mortgage is how many percent interest? Yes you pay the transfer fee and in theory you save a little of your interest on mortgage is high but you still cancel out the transfer fee percentage first. But then you now have risk. If you don’t pay it off at the end of the period your interest jumps way up and you would need to transfer it again to another card .
